I am blessed to be born and raised in Southern California, growing up near the beach, called by mother ocean and her powerful healing energies.
Early on, I became aware of my empathic nature, sensitive to other's feelings, which over the years expanded into other intuitive gifts.

I grew up dancing ballet and other forms, performing and teaching throughout my life, using dance as my own healing outlet and form of expression. 

I have been self-healing for many years, using different spiritual and wellness methods. Also, practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years, incorporating a variety of movements into my own wellness routine. 

Now, as a Reiki and Access Bars Practitioner, I am graced and honored to be a healing guide, sharing my techniques with those who are on their own healing journey. May we be aligned and guided through love and light.
