Welcome to your holistic sanctuary

I am blessed to be born and raised in Southern California, growing up near the beach, called by mother ocean and her powerful healing energies. I feel one with the ocean and comforted when I am in the water, experiencing all of the amazing benefits that comes with it.

I incorporate the elements and senses using the beach (earth), ocean (water), sound bath and movement to incorporate grounding, calming the nervous system and aligning the body, mind and spirit.
Early on, I became aware of my empathic nature, which over the years expanded into other intuitive gifts. 

As a child, I learned the power of healing by laying hands, calling upon Source light which is intuitively channelled and guided during my sessions. 

I grew up dancing ballet and other forms, performing and teaching throughout my life, using dance as my own healing outlet and form of expression. 

I have been self-healing and co-creating with Divine Source for many years, through prayer, intentions and different spiritual and wellness methods. Also, practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years, incorporating a variety of movements into my own wellness routine. I am currently certified in teaching Yin Yoga where I coordinate meet ups and offer in person and virtual offerings.

As an Access Bars and Reiki Practitioner, I am graced and honored to be a healing guide, sharing my techniques with those who are on their own healing journey.
